Background

Given the aggressive timeline for ASUS’s first AI PC, we retained the M5606 chassis. However, the addition of an AI chip called for a complete rework of the thermal design. Using AI-driven optimization, I redesigned the vent part for the new S5507, delivering both high-performance cooling and a visually sophisticated form.

AI-aid Process

Using ChatGPT to generate prompts and Midjourney to generate various forms including side views and the vent design.
